AR Sculptures by Location:
Hyundai H200 by Sofiia Privét Savytska
Hyundai H200 is part of a series of found objects that Sofiia documented in the Kyiv region following liberation from occupation.
The inspiration for the piece came from a series of interviews with local residents about the time under occupation. Sofiia herself only heard distant explosions during the war, but after the region was liberated she ventured into the abandoned areas to capture the remnants of war-torn life.
In the Hyundai H200 model, the viewer encounters a polygonal destruction of a battle-scarred car that was difficult to access and nearly impossible to scan. The bullet-riddled, abandoned and broken vehicle now has a chance to remain in digital space.
AR Sculpture can be found near The Brandenburg Gate.
ALTER SNT from the series False Gods by NINO BOSIKASHVILI
Evolution is replaced by a dive into old culture, due to the hopeless state between present reality and future altered worlds. Mind is polluted and altered by conservative elements. No rational choices are made anymore. This creates an altered world where time is frozen and humans reject development. Their consciousness is based upon made-up Gods and feelings. This interferes with self-awareness and development. This results in idolizing some being or subject, which is outdated and far from reality.
