From March 22, Street Gallery will open an exhibition featuring the works of Italian artist Marco G. De Angelis. The exhibition will be hosted in our NFT exhibition space at the Golden Tulip Design.
Marco is an architect turned artist who has been studying digital representation through multiple means for two decades. AI is now his medium of choice in its balancing compositive, photographic, and process-related features. Focusing on atmosphere, matter & pop culture. Marco was awarded prizes in two of Claire Silver's AI contests.
About the Artworks
The collection of artworks focuses on the concept of glowing matter, molded on a different meaning from instance to instance. The recurring element of the hat is derived from fashion photography of the eighties, which the author feels very close to.
The artworks, each created with the help of AI and digital painting techniques, were exhibited in prestigious venues around the world, from NFC Lisbon in Portugal, through the Grand Palais Ephemere and NFT Factory in Paris, to the Dongdaemun Design Plaza in Seoul, and finally, the Oculus WTC New York.
