About ARTIVIVE:

Artivive is an AR tool that allows artists to create new dimensions of art by linking classical with digital art. The digital layer opens doors to a whole new world of possibilities. Artists can take visitors on a journey through time, explain what lies underneath, enhance the art with animations, or show how the artworks were made. More information: www.artivive.com

About AR Cities: 

The AR Cities festival aims to create an immersive art experience that merges physical and digital worlds, showcasing augmented reality artworks. Our objectives are to engage diverse audiences, promote contemporary digital art, and provide a platform for artists to showcase their AR creations. More information: www.arcities.art

REQUIREMENTS

• Contributors are asked to submit an A2 poster (420 x 594 mm / 16,5” x 23,4”) animated using Artivive's augmented reality interface.
• Up to three (3) artwork pieces can be submitted per artist.
• Submissions deadline: 15.09.2024
• Notice: In each city/space, different artworks will be displayed.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

• Register for an account on the Street Gallery platform.
• Create your AR project using ARTIVIVE Bridge and complete the “ARTWORK INFO” section (a maximum of 250 characters): www.artivive.com
• Use the form in the Street Gallery-s platform menu (SUBMIT ART) to submit an image or AR video of your project (for reviewing purposes).

SELECTION 

The final selection by The BIIMO (Artist and curator of the AR Cities festival) and by the Street Gallery team.

The selected posters will be printed and displayed for two weeks in the selected spaces for the Street Gallery. They will also be displayed online on the Street Gallery & AR Cities website and by partners or social media (X, Facebook, Instagram).
